Welcome to Heaven Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", "our"). By adding Heaven Bot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Heaven Bot, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction) and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your Discord server.
2. Description of Service
Heaven Bot provides Discord server management and engagement features including, but not limited to: leveling systems, economy, moderation tools, welcome messages, leaderboards, ticket systems, and family groups. The Bot is provided free of charge.

4. Data Storage
Heaven Bot stores data necessary to provide its features, including Discord user IDs, guild IDs, XP/level data, economy balances, and configuration settings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is collected, used, and stored.
5. Availability
Heaven Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Bot at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, branding, and content associated with Heaven Bot remain the property of its developers. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven Bot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including loss of data, server disruptions, or any harm caused by user-generated content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove Heaven Bot from any server or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may remove Heaven Bot from your server at any time by kicking it.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Heaven Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced in our support server at discord.gg/heaven.

1. Information We Collect
To operate its features, Heaven Bot automatically collects and stores the following data when you interact with it:
Discord User IDs — to identify users across features such as leveling, economy, reputation, and birthdays
Discord Guild (Server) IDs — to associate configuration and user data with the correct server
Discord Channel and Role IDs — for configuration of bot features (e.g. welcome channels, leaderboard channels, auto-roles)
Message activity metadata — message counts and timestamps used for XP/leveling calculations; message content is never stored
Voice activity metadata — time spent in voice channels, used for voice XP calculations
Economy data — coin balances, inventory, and transaction history within the Bot's economy system
Leveling data — XP totals, level numbers, and rank card customisation preferences
Family group data — family names, membership, and reputation within the Bot's family system
Configuration settings — server-specific settings saved via /setup or the dashboard
We do not collect message content, passwords, email addresses, payment information, or any personally identifiable information beyond Discord IDs.
2. How We Use Your Data
All collected data is used solely to provide and improve Heaven Bot's features. Specifically:
To track and display XP, levels, and rankings
To maintain economy balances, inventories, and transactions
To send welcome messages and birthday announcements
To enforce server configurations set by server administrators
To display leaderboards and rank cards
We do not sell, rent, share, or monetise your data. Your data is never used for advertising or provided to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in secure SQLite databases hosted on our bot server infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorised access. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as Heaven Bot remains in your server or as long as you have interacted with it. When Heaven Bot is removed from a server, server-specific configuration data may be retained for a reasonable period to allow re-addition. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 6).
5. Third-Party Services
Heaven Bot uses the Discord API to function. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate with any other third-party data processors.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access — request a summary of data stored about you
Deletion — request that your data be deleted from our systems
Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via our support server at discord.gg/heaven. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Heaven Bot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Bot, please contact us so we can remove their data.
